HR Partner
Pennine HR becomes your complete outsourced HR department. Everything in Essentials plus a cloud based HR system, on-site support and hands-on management of performance, absence and redundancy issues.

- Redundancy support
- Annual staff survey and exit interviews
- A sounding board for people management ideas
On-site support is included as standard with HR Partner and available by arrangement with the other packages.
